Got a  question?  Just to be sure I understand what paper files you are 
keeping.

"The CONTU guidelines require that you, as a borrower, keep the current 
calendar year plus the previous 3 calendar years of filled copy requests." 
Are you keeping paper records for this long or electronic files this long?
