[ILL-L] New printing format OCLC WRS

Some of you have asked me to share information about the printing tool we are using that allows us to customize the OCLC print out. Here is the website (currently under some construction) where you can get a better explanation than I usually manage to give: http://celticlotus.com/jtool

We do not have CLIO or ILLiad, and still maintain a paper file for active requests not yet filled. Being able to customize the print out has saved us time and a lot of frustration.

Our Reference Assistant was having the same problem on her computer,
but we think she figured it out how to fix it. This is what she did:

In Internet Explorer, select:

Tools
Internet Options
Click on the "Security" Tab
Click on "Trusted Sites"
(Click on "Sites" to make sure you have *.oclc.org listed)
Back in that "Security" tab, click on "Custom Level"
In the drop-down menu under "Reset custom settings," make sure you
have the level set to "Low" or "Medium-Low." (Amy previously had her
settings on "Medium," and we think that's why it didn't work)

I hope this helps folks!
A. Hicks
