[ILL-L] ILL Help Needed: CNS Spectrums

Hello!
 
I have a patron looking for the following citation:
 
 
CNS Spectr. 2007 Apr;12(4 Suppl 6):8-11. 
Pharmacology of adult ADHD with stimulants.Spencer TJ. 
Clinical and Research Program in Pediatric Psychopharmacology,
Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. 
 
The OCLC record I am using is #36426249.  I am running into a problem
with the supplements.  I've gone through almost every library that owns
this journal, and no one seems to have Supplement 6 listed -- only
Supplement 5.  At first, I thought, maybe the citation was a typo -- but
I did discover (I think through the CNS website or somewhere) that there
is a Supplement 5 and a Supplement 6.
 
If anyone owns Supplement 6, and is willing to provide the article, that
would be great!  We are willing to pay up to 20IFM for the article.
