[ILL-L] Book straps

I'm trying to print book straps in WRS for the first time and am having
trouble.  I have updated everything to shipped and when I go to "printing"
it says Book straps - 0 available?  So what's up with that?  What am I
doing wrong?

BTW - the other problem with printing 2 to a page is the pub date is
missing!  We don't lend books less than 6 mos old so we can eliminate a lot
of requests right off the bat without having to look on our catalog for the
date cataloged IF the pub date is on the request.  So we have to print full
record or 1 p pg.
