[ILL-L] Need help to fill an photocopy request

Hui,
It is possible that you have the incorrect OCLC record for this 
publication.  When I did a Google search for the article title, I found 
this citation with an option to purchase the article online (for GBP 
13.00 which is approx. $25 US).  I also found several other citations 
that verified this one (published by Emerald Group, not Neal-Schuman).  
Also, the journal title is different.  It should be "The Bottom Line:  
Managing Library Finances."
