[ILL-L] CCC looseleaf reports

We recently sent some requests for photocopies of individual reports from several different  Commerce Clearing House publications.   I got this request from our Acquisitions head, who had sent claims to CCC only to be told that the requested reports were no longer available.   Actually, I think that any library that is current with its filings because they did receive the reports we are missing may by now have replaced those same reports with later versions.   The reason we need the reports is that we didn't get them and we can't even file more recent reports without having the missing items.

Here is the original message sent to our ILL department.  For each title if you check the end of the binder where Last Report Letter instruction forms are filed.  If the last date filed is the one we need, the full report should be in the binder too.  We would need both the instructions and the report.
