[ILL-L] Request for ERIC ED272254

Hi to all in ILL land,

Going to try this list again for a hard to find item. I've had so much success here with help!

I am an Interlibrary Loan Librarian at Harford Community College Library in Bel Air, Maryland. I've had a staff member here request me to find the following for her:
"Institutional Research: A Follow-Up Study on the Late Applicant and the Late Registrant at Honolulu Community College. A Leaders for the 80's Project." by Barbara B. Peterson. It is ERIC ED272254., but not available from ERIC - see link:

The information at the ERIC citation at the link above made it sound like this item would be at the Honolulu Community College in Hawaii. I cannot find this item in WorldCat using FirstSearch and I could not find Honolulu Community College as an OCLC holding in the ILL Policies directory in FirstSearch. It sounded from the ERIC link that Honolulu Community College may be the only holding of this item in microfiche format. But, I could not seem to find it their catalog link on their webpage, so I contacted them. Honollulu Community College let me know that they do not have a copy of this article. The author was a professor there, but retired a long time ago, and they do not have the ERIC microfiche. They suggested I contact the University of Hawaii at Manoa (UHM), the major research library of their consortium, to see if they had access to the article in their ERIC Collection in the Microforms Room of Hamilton Library at UHM. So, I did contact by email the External Services Program (ESP) at Hamilton Library which does document delivery. But, I have heard no reply from them. I've looked through the Hawaii Voyager catalog at UHM's webpage, but I cannot seem to locate this item.

Is anyone a holding of this article, and are you willing to loan through Interlibrary Loan, or send copies of the microfiche through Interlibrary Loan? We normally do not charge for Interlibrary Loan and therefore request other libraries to loan to us free of charge (we are a member of LVIS), and usually have a max borrowing cost of zero. However, if you are willing to lend this item and you might have a lending/copy charge, please let me know so I can let my patron know to see if she is still interested in borrowing for a fee. I am willing to submit a request through OCLC with your library's symbol.
