[ILL-L] need some advice about getting foreign magazine article

International lenders are also increasingly responsive to email ILL
requests, and the turnaround is quite often much faster than mailing a paper
ALA or IFLA request.  For example, Bayerische Staatsbibliothek (gebay on
OCLC) can be contacted at the following email address:
