[ILL-L] return address labels

A continuing conversation regarding the labels produced on First Search
WRS:

We include return labels and use the ones we receive. I have recently
started using the return label function in WRS but sometimes the
addresses are not formated correctly, so I have to hand write the label.
It only prints 5 lines, so if a library has extra information on one
line, we don't get the city, state, zip code line that the post office
loves so.
