[ILL-L] banning paperwork?

Ed,
That's a great idea - we recently reduced the amount of paper we use
drastically (we use ILLiad). In lending, we print a pull slip which is
a half sheet with mailing label attached for books, and a delivery cover
sheet for articles, and for borrowing we only print bookstraps with all
information included and use the lending library's address labels
whenever possible. This is wonderful, and I think it's something you
could easily do with any ILL management system or just with WCRS - the
only difficulty is getting over the need to keep paper files, which is
much easier to adjust to than you might think!
Good luck,

Do you think we should ban paperwork except for book straps and return
address labels? The paperwork seems to duplicate what's on the book
strap. Just an idea, Ed.
