[ILL-L] Copies of Copies...Ill Infraction or...?

I think it is an issue from what I've read. Copyright law seems to limit
precisely that, the number of copies made, so we're not even supposed to
keep an extra copy for very long in the ILL Office or on Ariel after
we've sent it to the patron. So, it seems to me to be an issue - the
student can read it in Ariel while it's there, just my understanding,
Ed.

Subject: [ILL-L] Copies of Copies...Ill Infraction or...?

Hello all,

I'm new to the *serv but wondered if you might be able to help with a
current quandary. I've noticed recently that a student worker is taking
ILL requests that we have submitted for other students and making a
personal copy for herself. Is there an issue with this? I mean. There
are several issues that come to mind...but should I make a big deal out
of it?

Thanks for any help and/or advice.

Jess
