I would go directly to contacting the publisher through their web site, <http://www.zzsp.org/revija.htm>. They have full pdf files posted to the site, but for some reason the files for this one issue seem to be missing. I hope, though, that your patron is aware that the article is in Slovenian, with only an abstract in English.
