[ILL-L] Cannot renew an item in WRS???

I did re-check the record and it did not update. I also logged out/in. In
addition, I tried Joe Ellison's idea of using batch mode. In batch, I
received the error:
 Action Performed Request Identifier Batch Processing Results Yes (Renewal
Request) 36444500<http://newfirstsearch.oclc.org/WebZ/SageSearchRequest?sessionid=fsapp7-38358-fb84pjey-utm4at:entitypagenum=12:1::searchType=requestNumber:searchTerm=36444500>
Update
not allowed
All to no avail. . . .
