Good morning resource sharing folks! If you've just started in
interlibrary loan or you've been poking the keys for years have we got a
workshop for you. Friday morning, January 11, 2008 at the University of
Pennsylvania Law School RUSA STARS is having an ILL "everything you
always wanted to know" class. This system neutral workshop is about
providing best practices to your library users and conducting best
practices interlibrary loan within the resource sharing community. We
have some great instructors who will be covering borrowing (Cyril
Oberlander) lending (Karen Janke) copyright (Cindy Kristof), statistics
and resources (Mary Hollerich).

This half-day session is intended to help you think through your
process--both are you doing things right and are you doing the right
things to help your institution provide this mission-critical service in
a way that meets YOUR institution's philosophy of service. A full
description of the workshop included at the bottom of this message.

Thanks to OCLC we're actually going to have coffee and something made
with flour (I'm thinking danish or bagels) and we can't do any better
for you on pricee. There is NO CHARGE for this workshop. Really, no
charge. To register click on this link or, go to
