[ILL-L] Patents

I know this has been discussed before, but, as usual, when one needs it
the information is not readily available.

A patron wants a 1982 patent and I do not recall how to request this
from either the Patent Office or some other location that may own it.

Appreciate the help the list serve readers provide.
