[ILL-L] Getting around age deflection

Heather,

I agree with Sarah.  If someone needed something that badly, they 
should have called you to explain the situation and see if you'd lend 
it anyway - not try to sneak around the situation like that.

I do hope you've had a talk with their ILL people and explained 
exactly why you won't loan them anything anymore.
