I think that while they are gone from your review file, you can still
resurrect them from the stored Closed Requests if you can recall enough
of the details. Perhaps you can find them by searching on recent Closed
Dates?

If I'm not mistaken, requests will stay in the review file for four
weeks from when they were originally requested or until you actually
produce/submit the request. It does not matter what the need by date
is. I always print mine out and change the status to Review in Process
(which does not extend the time period), I find it easier to work from
paper and we currently do not use a product like Clio or Illiad. I'm
not sure if "Saving" them would extend this time period. I believe if
you did not print, save or transfer into an ILL management program,
these are gone. Hope I'm not delivering bad news :(

I had numerous items in my review file which had been there for
almost 4
weeks (waiting on NYPL).
I changed the "need by" date to January 31 2008 and updated each
record
to reflect the new date.
Today those records are gone from my review file.
Did I do something wrong or do they drop out based on the
original
request date?
thanks for any insight.
