What did you mean by 'waiting on NYPL'? If you sent them to NYPL they
would have been produced and sent?? Ed.

I had numerous items in my review file which had been there for almost 4
weeks (waiting on NYPL).
I changed the "need by" date to January 31 2008 and updated each record
to reflect the new date.

Today those records are gone from my review file.

Did I do something wrong or do they drop out based on the original
request date?
