[ILL-L] Items dropped from review file- length of time ?

If I'm not mistaken, requests will stay in the review file for four weeks
from when they were originally requested or until you actually
produce/submit the request. It does not matter what the need by date is. I
always print mine out and change the status to Review in Process (which does
not extend the time period), I find it easier to work from paper and we
currently do not use a product like Clio or Illiad. I'm not sure if
"Saving" them would extend this time period. I believe if you did not
print, save or transfer into an ILL management program, these are gone.
Hope I'm not delivering bad news :(
