[ILL-L] ARIEL error message

Hi Lorna-
 
This is odd. We are getting exactly the same error message on our Ariel 3.4
station, and we are thinking that we will need to uninstall and reinstall
Ariel 3.4 to clear the problem. Our systems rep is coming down this A.M. to
try this approach. We'll let you know how it works. If you hear anything
else (easier) in the meantime please let us know.

I searched the archives and found some possible solutions to my problem but
other were getting a slightly different error message so I thought I would
consult the list to see if anyone else has experienced the following.

We are getting the following unhandled exception error message in ARIEL:  

Unhandled exception at AriSend.189 -> INDEX-RANGE 

The archives refer to error messages with: unhandled exception at GEDI.475.
with suggestions to delete the IN and OUT folders.

Has anyone seen my specific error message and if so, do you have any
suggestions on how to fix this?
