[ILL-L] Help with copyright (DVD)

I know this was on the listserv before but I couldn't find the discussion in
the archives. I have a professor that wants copies made of a DVD for his
class and insists that it falls under fair use, and he wants it done by this
afternoon! I've checked several websites and can only find fair use as it
applies to print materials. Can some one point me in the right direction?
