Hello everyone,

    I've got a stumper this fine Monday.

 

A citation was found for the title:   Library: a journal dedicated to
the Library Profession.

 
Published in Raipur, India.

                                                                Began in
1977- 

May or may not be actively published now.  

 Does anyone know where/how I can find a library who owns this title?

Or give me any other ideas on how to locate this title?

I've tried the INFLIBNET Centre, but cannot connect to their library
cite.

Any help would be appreciated.
