[ILL-L] auto-deflection was No for eBooks

 Actually- I heard back from OCLC on this request.  Everything was in
place.  It should have been deflected but it wasn't.

Sometimes an a/v item is mis-coded in the MARC record as a print item. 
That's how auto-deflection generally misses it.

Also, if a CD contains maps, it might be coded in the MARC record as a
map rather than a computer file and wouldn't be deflected either.
