[ILL-L] Yet Another Odyssey Question...

Has anyone had success in retrieving an article once it was sent via 
Odyssey? On our end, currently, once we update and scan an article, we 
have no way of retrieving it.

Therefore, when a borrowing library requests a resend, we then make a 
hardcopy of the article and resend the hardcopy via ariel, fax, etc.. 
What do many of you do? Any suggestions?
