[ILL-L] No for eBooks

We too use  "not licensed to fill" with a default note of "Electronic
Resource; cannot lend".  We also have deflected for these as we have for
other non-book formats.  I've noticed that some requests creep through
the deflection anyway.  

About deflection: I know that this past December one of the libraries in
the state go around the age deflection by deleting both the publication
dates and the OCLC numbers before sending the requests through.  Today,
we received a request for a DVD that should have been deflected.  It
looks like nothing  was deleted to allow it to go through.

We use 'electronic resource - print copy not available'. That will cover
ebooks and electronic journals that have a license agreement in them
that do not allow for ill use.
