The Office of the State Engineer Library doesn't add a book strap and I
always appreciate one from the lender!

Subject: lending book straps not needed?

I notice that maybe half of the books we borrow don't have lending book
straps, we add a borrowing book strap to all books. Our books are well
stamped and identifiable, and when we lend them I assume the borrowing
library adds a borrowing book strap with the due date. Any reasons to
continue using lending book straps? Thanks, Ed.
