[ILL-L] CCG vs CCL

For those of us that use ILLIad, when we clear copyright, 
CCL is marked on articles from 2003.  Everything later 
than 2003(2004-2008) is marked as a CCG designation.

  Hope this helps.  I also realize programs can be wrong, 
but I go with it since it saves me a step.
