[ILL-L] CCG vs CCL

The way I understand it is that it goes by month. So an article published in January 2003 would be CCL but one published in February 2003 would be CCG.

Subject: [ILL-L] CCG vs CCL

Sorry to ask a question that probably seems so obvious to y'all but I want
to be sure I am doing this right...
When I assign the CCG or CCL designation now that we're in 2008, if a
journal is for December 2003 does it get CCG or CCL? I was told CCG is 5
calendar years meaning anything in 2004,2005,2006,2007,2008 but then I also
heard it is 5 years prior meaning that some journals from 2003 would be CCG
as well. Thanks for your feedback.
