[ILL-L] Ariel and Grayscale

We are using Ariel 4.1  

Hmmm, I'm stumped!  It could be the email thing, I will try sending to
another email account of mine (a personal one, not edu) to see if that
works.

This is all good to know.  Probably my way around this is to always try
to send in b/w to avoid the annoyance.

Holly,
     my understanding is that Ariel will send grayscale and color
attachments to patrons; but patrons' email inboxes are less likely to
accept them. If it worked sending to yourself, it is probably only
because your account is set up to receive larger attachments.
