[ILL-L] Customs form

I ship to Canada all the time. You will need, from the post office, a small
green customs form, PS form 2976/USPS Customs Declaration CN22. You fill it
out with appropriate info. Your package should be stamped "Small Packet."
(the post office can do this) You peal off the backing of the green half
and attach to the pkg. The post office will tear off the white half.

I need to ship to Canada. I have only done this once before and remember
there are certain things that need to go on the form so it won’t be held up
in customs. Can anyone help refresh my memory?
