[ILL-L] Electrophotography (Japanese Society Journal)

One of our research engineers found the following brief citation listed in 
two (yes, TWO!) publications and wants to locate the original article:
M. Honda, H. Murasaki, Electrophotography (Japanese Society Journal), 34, 
419, (1995)

He's not sure of the exact title, but it has to do with cleaner blades or 
toner cleaning.
So far I've had no luck verifying the citation or locating it. Can anyone 
help?
