[ILL-L] Help with journal - thanks!

One of our professors submitted this request:

Hi--I'd like to request a special issue of a journal but don't know if I
should use the ILL for books or for journals. the title is: Papers:
Explorations into Children's Literature (12:1) 2002 April. I got the
citation from MLA Bibliography. 

Except for a non-lender in Germany, on OCLC only one other library has
it, but in electronic form. I emailed the publisher
(http://www.deakin.edu.au/arts-ed/scca/contact-school.php )

but they haven't responded, they're in Australia. Any help is greatly
appreciated, thanks,

Is there anyone out there who can lend ZWU (Union College) microfilm for
Glamour and Cosmopolitan?
We have thesis student who needs to consult:
June & December issues at five year intervals from 1960 to 2005. 
(june 60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95,00,05 & dec 69,65,70,75,80,85,90,95,00,05)
She would be grateful for loan of any of these years. Union will insure
and the return the microfilm via FED EX. And we would be eternally
