Hi ILL land,
 
A colleague here is in need of Chapter 1 from the book "Corporate information strategy and management: text and cases" by Lynda M. Applegate, Robert D. Austin, and F. Warren McFarlan. The book is the 7th edition, published in 2007 by McGraw-Hill, ISBN 0072947756, OCLC #61254050. Amazon canceled her order for this book, and she needs a copy of chapter 1 as soon as possible.
 
Can someone fax copies of Chapter 1 to me as soon as possible? The fax number for me at Harford Community College Library is 410-836-4137. Or if you wish to scan and email the copy, you may use either email of acraley at harford.edu  or the ILL email of ill at harford.edu  (I check both of them). I am willing to submit a request on OCLC - just let me know your institution information and OCLC symbol. The max cost for this request is zero from the patron.
