[ILL-L] VVW change of lender status

Dear ILL-L members,

This is to inform you that effective today, February 1, 2008, the
Westchester Library System (a 38-member public library cooperative
system with 44 locations) becomes a **ENTER OUR SYMBOL TWICE** lender
on WorldCat Resource Sharing (WCRS), still free of charge, though.
Noncompliant requests will be returned with the reason "Preferred
delivery time not possible," which has been the case for the majority
of requests received.
