[ILL-L] Help - UK edition of The Ball is Round

We have a patron who needs the foreword to the UK edition of The Ball is Round, by David Goldblatt.

Though we have used OCLC #68770874, which is the UK edition, we keep receiving the introduction to the US edition.  Does anyone have a UK edition and can copy the foreword for us?
