[ILL-L] Question for the 23rd

Requests will stick around for 5 days - I think regardless of what category
of "review" you have them in.

We're closed for the same period. Any requests that I couldn't ship before
closing today I declined "No - Delivery Time Not Supported". We went
non-supplier for the 20th through the 4th and are leaving with nothing in
our Review file. I sorta assumed it would be better to pass the requests on
to someone who may be able to fill them sooner rather than later since I
know many folks don't take as long of a break as we do.

Subject: [ILL-L] Question for the 23rd

How long will requests stay in the Review File? VRU will be closed the 24th
until the 5th.

I wonder if I should put them in the Review in Process category. Don't want
to lose the requests over the break.

Happy Holidays to one and all.

Thanks for the assistance and information throughout the 2008 year.
