[ILL-L] Help Needed: Chisum Patents

I'm hoping that someone can help.  My requester gave me a citation of:

Donald S Chisum, Patents, Section 20.03, 1996.  They say it's pags 
20-515, but the reality is that they want Secion 20.03 from 1996. 
This is one of those items that are constantly updating.

Does anyone have this from 1996?  I can place a request any way you 
want me to, and we can pay up to $40 (IFM or invoice).  If possible, 
we'd love to have this as a rush.
