[ILL-L] jiffy fluff

I don't usually have trouble opening them with minimal fluff unless the
package has had a rough trip, or if they were sealed with staples.  Staples
+ fluff mailer = snow globe.  (Tape over the top of staples?  That's just
evil.)

If I have to reuse them, I try to tape up any weak spots first, inside or
out.
