Siena College (VKM) is having trouble receiving via Ariel:  please send documents to us via Odyssey (cdlc-siena.sage.edu), fax (518-783-2958), or as email attachments (sienalibrary at siena.edu ) until further notice.

Our Ariel log says that "document X cannot be added to Received queue" and then the document is deleted.  If anyone is familiar with this problem and can tell us how to fix it, please contact me!
