[ILL-L] ILL fee change at DLM

Please excuse cross-postings.

Effective January 5, 2009, the University of Delaware Library (DLM) will 
increase its ILL lending fees.  This fee change is our first in nearly 
10 years.

The new fee structure for both returnables and non-returnables is:

U.S. Libraries - $15 IFM or $20 invoiced
International Libraries - $25 IFM or 3 IFLA vouchers

We will continue to honor all existing reciprocal agreements.  Any 
lending fees assessed to Delaware libraries will not change.  These new 
lending charges will be reflected in the OCLC ILL Policies Directory in 
January.
