[ILL-L] Pending vs. In Process?

I think "pending" is displayed when the request has not yet been
downloaded/read by ILL software (ILLiad, Clio, etc) while "in process" is
displayed once it has. I get the impression that "pending" means the library
has not yet considered the request, while "in process" means it's currently
under consideration.
