[ILL-L] Looking for a technical document

Hi,

 

I've been looking for this document on WorldCat, but it is currently
elusive.  So, I thought I would solicit a bit of help.  My patron needs
this document:

 

ANSI E1.2-2006 Entertainment Technology-Construction, Use and
Maintenance of Aluminum Trusses and Towers

 

This is from the ESTA (Entertainment Services and Technology
Association) Technical Standards Program Rigging Working Group and is
only 24 pages in length.

 

I know it can be found and purchased on the ESTA website for $40.00.
But, naturally, I would like to get it for no cost.  Also, as you all
know, it will be catalogued in a unique way to make it hard to find in
WorldCat.  Any help anyone is willing to provide will be greatly
appreciated.
