[ILL-L] New telephone numbers at Harford Community College Library after December 22

Hello to all,
 
I apologize for duplicate messages. This message has been cross-posted to several listservs.
 
We have been informed by our campus' CTS department that the new telephone numbers that are to be coming, will begin installing on Monday December 22, 2008. Per our CTS dept, "Numbers will begin changing December 22 and the project will continue through the winter break.  This is a very fluid process so one minute you'll have your old extension and then in the next minute (as we program it) you'll have your new extension.  The phone system will be up during this time, but there may be short periods of phone service disruption."
 
For now up through December 22, my office and Interlibrary Loan Borrowing number will remain as: 410-836-4000, x7143. Beginning December 22 and on, my new office and Interlibrary Loan Borrowing telephone number will be: 443-412-2042.
 
For now up through December 22, my office and Interlibrary Loan fax number will remain as: 410-836-4137. Beginning December 22 and on, my new office and Interlibrary Loan fax number will be: 443-412-2137.
 
For now up through December 22, the main number for Harford Community College is: 410836-4000. Beginning December 2 and on, the new main number to Harford Community College will be 443-412-2000.
 
Harford Community College Library Service Desks:
Circulation Desk currently is 410-836-4268, and after December 22 will change to 443-412-2268.
Reference Desk currently is 410-836-4131, and after December 22 will change to 443-412-2131.
Learning and Computing Resources Center Desk (formally named Digital Library Desk) currently is: 410-836-4256, and after December 22 will change to 443-412-2256.
 
I have vacation days off on December 22 and 23 and also on January 5, and the campus is closed for Holiday Break December 24 through January 4. Harford Community College Library (HAR) will go to non-supplier for ILL lending December 20 through January 5.
 
Before leaving work on Friday December 19, I will be updating all of the following contact information for Harford Community College Library Interlibrary Loan and Government Documents at the following places:
the signature line of my email and the Interlibrary Loan email
the out of office message of my email
the voice mail message of my office phone
Harford Community College Library's (HAR) borrowing and lending contact information entry in the ILL Policies Directory
