I think the library to which you sent it on ILL in April needs to get a phone call, asking them to pursue their patron! At the least, that person needs to pay you for the lost book, which money you can then send on to the woman who called you, since she probably won't get a refund from Amazon, and which you don't need now since you have your book back!

In my fifteen years with ILL I thought I'd heard everything - but this
takes the cake!
A woman called us and said she bought a book from a seller on Amazon and it
still had our stamp and barcode! We had sent that out on ILL in April and
never got it back. The online bookseller said they buy all their books -
so who knows what happened. The person who borrowed it sold it? The good
news is the woman bought it volunteered to send it back us; she is pursuing
a refund from Amazon.
