[ILL-L] Fee increases - VRU

Effective September 1, 2008,

University of Richmond (VRU) will increase fees to $15.00 IFM or $15.00
invoiced.

Reciprocal agreements with Virginia academic colleges, ACS colleges, and
ULG colleges will continue in effect.
