[ILL-L] IYU ILLiad upgrade problems

All,
I attempted to upgrade to ILLiad version 7.3 tonight and all seemed to
go well until I reached the step where the staff client applications
needed to be redirected to the new executables. For some reason the
client application no longer recognizes my username and password and I
get a SQL table error telling me that the "Staff" table doesn't exist.
Our SQL Server guru says that there is a Staff_backup dbo in the server
data tables, but apparently the field configuration for 7.2.2 no longer
matches the configuration recognized by 7.3.
The OCLC ILLiad tech support team is apparently already gone for the
evening, so, until I can get in touch with them tomorrow, my staff can't
log in to process any ILL requests. Please bypass us if you have any
requests that need immediate or rush attention since I have no idea how
long it will take to make contact with the tech support team or fix the
problem.
