This appears to be a publication of the Deutsche Akademie der Naturforscher
Leopoldina.  More about this society and its various journals and

I believe the citation you have is short for * Miscellanea Curiosa
Medico-Physica Academiae Naturae Curiosorum, sive, Ephemeridum
Medico-Physicarum Germanicarum Curiosarum*.
