[ILL-L] Average cost of providing a book through ILL

This question comes up regularly, as a search of the archives 
reveals, but I would also be interested in more current data relating 
to public libraries.  The closest and most up-to-date I have located 
so far is the "Jefferson County Public Library Interlibrary Loan and 
resource sharing cost study, updated April, 2004" located at
