[ILL-L] ILL Informational Blogs

We have an online FAQ page for ILL. JPL Customers must click on a button
confirming that they've read and agree to the ILL conditions that are in
the FAQ (our public policy is in FAQ format) before they can register
for an ILLiad account. As evidenced by the number of requests we get for
items we can't by policy request through ILL (including all those
requests for items that haven't been published yet), I'd say it's a high
probability that the FAQs aren't being widely read. There's also some
information that we pass along to customers who ask for certain types of
things- like Genealogy books- that would be helpful. I'm thinking along
the lines of an ILL informational blog that would answer the more
specific ILL-related questions the ILL staff gets via phone and e-mail
that wouldn't show up in the very general FAQ and any changes to the
FAQ/Policy that may have occurred since some of the customers last read
the policy.

Whew! All this to ask- has anyone out there in ILL-Land done an
informational blog -or anything else like it-for ILL? If so- what's
worked? What are your "lessons learned"?
