[ILL-L] Free/LVIS ILL lenders of AV updated

I have just completed my fourth update to Lloyd's list, a list of OCLC ILL
libraries that loan AV free of charge to other U.S. libraries without major
restrictions. 

It is available on ShareILL, the ILL wiki:

It has 821 libraries listed - ironically, my library (LHA) is not listed,
for while we loan to other libraries any AV that we loan to our library
users, we charge libraries that would charge us.

 

The last update was in March 2008 and had 544 OCLC libraries listed. Since
then I have checked OCLC ILL Policy Directory for most states and contacted
a number of libraries that did not have AV lending stated or prohibited. 

 

About 12 libraries were removed because of cost or additional restrictions
for ILL.

 

I will be off most listservs starting August 14th, as I will be away for a
week or two, so please contact me directly with any corrections, additions,
